All Morning Hoops classes are basketball orientated workouts and we invite participants of any skill or fitness level to come along and have a go. We add some music to the mix as we take you on a basketball journey through the FUNdamentals of our sport.
You need not know everything or even anything about basketball, just bring your eagerness to learn and your friendly attitude and you will fit in just fine.
Our programmes are designed to develop sport-specific skills, improve fitness, flexibility, enhance your communication, and of course have loads of fun!
To insure we are covering the key fundamental areas of our sport, we have developed a 12 week programme..

Week 5. HP Stations/Workout all areas
Week 6. Shooting
Week 7. Defense
Week 8. Spacing & Getting open
Week 9. HP Stations/Workout all areas
Week 10. Early Transition
Week 11. Moving without the ball
Week 12. Attacking & Individual Offense
* You can join in at any time, you do not need to wait to start on week 1. We are teaching a theme each week so all classes align to a common outcome. Obviously the more you come the more you will put the different pieces of the puzzle together!
