Born in Detroit Michigan, Daniel Calcatera fell in love with basketball at the age of 5.

Daniel is a Certified I'm Possible Skill Development Trainer, Coaches the U/18 Hawkesbury Jets Rep Squad and facilitates High Performance Training programmes at Hawkesbury Basketball Association.

WORKOUT 1 : Beginner/Intermediate
Part 1 : Tennis ball drills

3 sets of 10 reps or 30 reps in a row.

Ball-handling :
Part 2 : Pound right, pound left, between, behind, cross-through, and between-behind.
3 sets of 10 reps


DAILY CHALLENGE 1 : Intermediate
Combo : Cross-between-behind combo; 1 set of 30.


WORKOUT 2 : Advanced
Part 1 :
3 sets of each drill
Can be modified by using one basketball if not ready for two yet.

Part 2 :
Ideally using a heavy ball (if you have one)
30 reps of each drill


DAILY CHALLENGE 2 : Advanced
With 1 Tennis Ball
2 cross, 2 between, 2 behind


WORKOUT 3 : Advanced
Reps outlined on each drill


DAILY CHALLENGE 3 : Intermediate
2 Ball Shuffle


DAILY CHALLENGE 4 : Advanced
2 ball quick hands


DAILY CHALLENGE 5 : Intermediate
2 tennis ball wall toss
Try 1 tennis ball to begin with then advance to 2 tennis balls
