All Hoops classes are basketball orientated workouts and we invite participants of any skill or fitness level to come along and have a go. We add some rhythm (music) to the mix as we take you on a basketball journey through the FUNdamentals of our sport.
You need not know everything or even anything about basketball, just bring your eagerness to learn and your friendly attitude and you will fit in just fine.
Our programmes are designed to develop sport-specific skills, improve fitness, flexibility, enhance your communication, and of course have loads of fun!
